Department of Defense Pays Bonus To ROTC Students For
Learning Foreign Language

ROTC students who elect to study one of 10 languages of special interest to the military may be paid a bonus, according to an article in the December 23, 2008 issue of USA Today. Students may be paid a stipend ranging from $100-$250 per month for learning Arabic, Farsi, Dari, Mandarin, Pashto, Urdu, Indonesian, Swahili, Hausa or Korean.

EuroTalk Curriculum Courseware can help your school teach these languages, and many others that are not typically available in American classrooms, at a cost that won't destroy your budget!
